Michael Bergman, President & CEO

Michael is both a California licensed CPA as well as a Real Estate Broker with over 32 years experience specializing in the analysis, acquisition, management, brokerage and disposition of over $100M of commercial real estate, including overseeing the financial function, 1031 tax deferred exchanges where applicable & tax reporting requirements. This combination of proven business acumen, real estate knowledge and financial experience puts him in a unique position to offer sound advice in handling 1031 Exchange transactions.

Justin Bergman

Vice President, Exchange Officer

After graduating from Loyola Marymount University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in finance and entrepreneurship, Justin joined Marcus and Millichap in Newport Beach, CA, where he was part of a retail team that sold over $250,000,000 worth of real estate. Justin specializes in all areas of the real estate process and has a deep understanding from a transactional standpoint.  Growing up with a father in the accounting and real estate business, Justin’s understanding of tax implications and the long term benefits of real estate allow him to guide his clients to strategically maximize their investments. Justin is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and lives in Los Angeles, CA. He enjoys spending his weekends gardening, playing tennis and barbecuing with friends.
 

Eli Remba

Vice President, Finance

Eli is a California licensed CPA, specializing in tax accounting for real estate. After graduating from the University of Oregon, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Eli has been working for a real estate tax accounting firm in Los Angeles, CA, where he has serviced individuals, LLC’s, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, and trusts with their real estate tax accounting. Eli is responsible for handling the day-to-day tax and financial matters of the company and keeping track of cash inflows and outflows. With his experience of working in real estate tax accounting, he also guides and consults with clients through the S1031 exchange process.

Jonathan Bergman

Vice President, Exchange Officer

Based out of Westlake Village, California, Jonathan has been involved for over 30 years in all aspects of Real Estate. His formula for success is to make sure that for any deal one must have a plan of action and ensure that all tasks are completed timely and efficiently till the deal is complete. He has been involved in the acquisition, development, management, operations, restructuring and leasing of over 3.5 million square feet of office, industrial, Self-Storage and retail properties focusing primarily in California, Texas and Florida. Jonathan is responsible for overseeing and structuring deal points and operations both from a Macro and Micro level. This experience puts Jonathan in a position to manage deal flow and operations with a high level of management and oversight. Jonathan holds a B.S. in finance and is a licensed California real estate broker.
