Justin Bergman is a real estate professional with expertise spanning commercial brokerage, investment strategy, and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. He graduated Cum Laude from Loyola Marymount University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
Justin launched his career at Marcus & Millichap in Newport Beach, where he contributed to a retail investment team that closed over $250 million in transactions. He currently serves as CEO of OpenAir Property Group, LLC, specializing in the acquisition and management of self-storage, RV/boat storage, and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) facilities across California, Texas, and Florida.
Justin is also part of the executive team at Juroda Ventures, a real estate investment firm founded in 2009 that focuses on value-add opportunities in storage and industrial assets. As an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), he brings both institutional brokerage training and hands-on investment experience to help clients navigate complex 1031 exchanges.
